The Greystone is a coop building located in Northwest Yonkers, alongside the Hudson river.
Built in 1972, the building converted to coops in 198() and has 200 units, including studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments.  Some units have terraces and some face due west with unobstructed views of the Palisades and Hudson river.

Behind the building is the Metro North Greystone Station with a 40 minute ride into Grand Central Station, NYC.  A private elevator for residents is just feet from the station platform.

The Greystone has a large pool deck with a (   foot) pool as well as a small kiddie pool.  Amenities include a 24 concierge,  gym,  library, saunas, storage room, bicycle room, and childrens' play room.
Two laundry rooms are located in the basement.  Washing machines and dryers are not permitted in the apartments.

Presently the Greystone does not allow dogs, (except certified service dogs) but does allow cats.
